Karen had been with our practice for many years! She is still very involved with our practice remotely and is fundamental in making our practice infrastructure run smoothly. Karen is handling special projects as well as accounts payable. When Karen isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Kelly

New Patient Referral Coordinator

With over 30 years of experience in dentistry, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and a welcoming presence to our front office. As our New Patient Coordinator, she is often the first point of contact for patients and is dedicated to making every visit smooth, comfortable, and stress-free from the very beginning.

Throughout her career, Kelly has developed extensive expertise in scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient communication. She takes pride in helping patients understand their treatment options and navigating the administrative side of dental care with confidence and ease.

Known for her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail, Kelly is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients and ensuring they feel valued and well cared for. Her decades of experience and commitment to exceptional service make her an essential part of our dental team.

Terri

Dental Assistant

I assist Dr. Johnson during all phases of assisting, including complicated crown and bridge procedures and implant procedures. I like to make our patients feel as ease. I've been a dental assistant for over 30 years and continually enjoy working with people, whether I’m helping someone through a challenging or difficult procedure, or watching the transformation as patients start with unsightly teeth or missing teeth and move towards a functional, beautiful smile. I started as a periodontal surgical assistant and bring this knowledge to the restorative side of dentistry. Dr. Johnson and I work as a team to give our patients the best possible treatment.

Megan

Dental Assistant

With three years of hands-on experience in dental assisting, Megan is dedicated to supporting high-quality patient care through efficiency, compassion, and attention to detail. She works closely with the dental team to ensure procedures run smoothly while helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Her commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care contributes to a positive and welcoming clinical environment.

Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and discovering new food experiences, bringing the same enthusiasm and balance to her work.

Ashley

With over 16 years of experience in the dental field, Ashley brings extensive knowledge, efficiency, and a patient-centered approach to her role as Scheduling Coordinator. She is dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for patients by managing schedules with precision, clear communication, and thoughtful attention to individual needs. Her strong organizational skills and understanding of dental workflows help support both patients and providers in delivering exceptional care.

Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and discovering new food experiences, which reflects her appreciation for balance, connection, and enjoying life’s moments.

Marlene

Marlene has 20 years of experience in the dental industry, and brings a deep understanding of patient care, practice operations, and dental excellence. She is dedicated to creating a positive, comfortable experience for every patient. Marlene enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and reading.
